Schinkel’s Meat Market has been a cornerstone of the Essex County community for many generations. Originally founded in 1912, the business was purchased by brothers Gerry and Herman Schinkel in 1962. The brothers modernized the shop, expanding its offerings to include Dutch specialities and focusing on high-quality meats. Another fine example of an authentic family business stealing the hearts of the region. We collaborated with them to turn your favourite Dutch treat into a boozy beverage.
