Eating a burger at our brewery is a beautiful thing. You're guaranteed to be sinking your teeth into 100% Windsor/Essex-raised beef from either Pearson Wagyu or Trimble Farms. Their locally-focused and sustainable practices deliver some of the best quality meat you can find in the region. We've brewed this subtly sweet and creamy milk stout to honour all meat farmers in the county, particularly the two we admire most.
