BREWMASTER DINNERS are seasonal events where we celebrate our kitchen's creativity and the Essex County community! The event provides a multi-course meal that is carefully paired with our craft beers. Our brewer will be present to talk you through the pairings and explain the different beer styles. You will slowly dine while enjoying conversation with friends or family and feel comforted by the good beer, food and vibes that surround you. We want you to walk away feeling full and connected.
Roasted Pumpkin Soup
Pairing: 1933 Oktoberfest Lager
Local Provider: Sunrise Farm
Start things off with a creamy and dreamy fall classic. Slow roasted pumpkins and veg from Sunrise Farms, pureed and gently spiced makes for cosiness in a bowl. Topped with crème freshe and freshly ground pepper.
Harvest Apple Salad
Pairing: Canadian Club Premium 1858
Local Provider: Ewe Dell Lamb Farms
Sweet and savoury. Tangy yet balanced. Crunchy but delicate. This isn't your typical side salad. Diced Honeycrisp apple, dried cranberries, celery, roasted walnuts, red onion, honey mint dressing, topped with a skewer of mouthwatering local lamb.
Pairing: Bad Penny Copper Ale

Let’s take a trip to Italy, where “scallopine” is just a fancy way to say “chicken breast.” Next, a detour to Germany where we dress this bird in a pretzel crust. Bring it home to Essex county where we lay it over a mound of butternut squash gnocchi. Lastly, slather it with grainy mustard cream sauce to add some richness to your palette.

A long-time British tradition with hints of regional flavour. Light and crispy mini Yorkshire pudding, Pearson Farms wagyu roast, caramelized whiskey mushrooms topped with a rich smoked blue cheese mousse. Accompanied with roasted honey whiskey carrots and duchess potatoes as your side.

Just one more step before dessert... who can say no to cheese? 3 different styles of cubed cheddar are served with a side of figs and drizzled with truffle honey and balsamic.
Porter Brownie & Coffee Ice Cream
Pairing: Shaen's Mocha Porter
Local Provider: Red Lantern Coffee Co.
A rich dose of porter adds big flavour to these fudgy, dark chocolate-glazed brownies. Served with a side of homemade ice cream featuring Red Lantern's Dark Roast coffee.

Each ticket includes 6 small plates, 3-10oz beers, 3-Half Ounce Whiskeys, and a $10 gratuity fee.
This is a set menu, therefore we will not be able to accompany food substitutes for the event.
Arrive at 6:00pm for a complementary menu-inspired cocktail. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00pm.
