We are delighted to invite you to join us at The Grove Brewing Co. to celebrate a harvest fusion of our nation's cuisine. Enjoy a night of good times, freshly brewed beer, Canadian Club Whisky and a Canadian-inspired menu created exclusively for this event. Live music with Jason Baclig playing all the Canadian classics!
BREWMASTER DINNERS are seasonal events where we celebrate our kitchen's creativity and the Essex County community! The event provides a multi-course meal carefully paired with our craft beers. Our brewer will be present to talk you through the pairings and explain the different beer styles. You will slowly dine while enjoying conversation with friends or family and feel comforted by the good beer, food and vibes that surround you. We want you to walk away feeling full and connected.

Newfoundland Screech-In
A traditional ceremony of dubbing visitors "official Newfoundlanders" which includes kissing the cod and enjoying screech rum.
Three Sisters Soup
Pairing: Ziggy Zaggy Harvest Helles
Beans, corn, squash, and wild rice soup served with Bannock bread.
Venison Carpaccio
Pairing: Canadian Club Rye
Farm-raised venison tenderloin, arugula, shaved parmesan, cured egg, crispy parsnips, brown butter vinaigrette.
Quebec Cheese Plate
Pairing: Brass Rail Winter Ale
Oka, Blubrie, and Creamy brie, cured meat, house pickled vegetables, local jams, house made cracker bread.
Elk Slider
Pairing: Kilt Envy Scottish Ale
Ground elk, smoked leek, onion and apple jam, arugula, smoked cheddar, potato galette poutine.
'Berta Beef Wellington
Pairing: Canadian Club Invitation 15
Grass-fed Alberta beef tenderloin, hen of the woods mushroom duxelles, puff pastry, celeriac puree, beet puree, squash puree, roasted baby carrot, wild blueberry demi.
Butter Tart with Maple Ice Cream
Pairing: Canadian Club 12
Homemade butter tarts and ice cream with Grade A maple syrup.

This is a set menu, therefore we will not be able to accompany food substitutes for the event.
Arrive at 6:00pm for a complementary menu-inspired cocktail. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:00pm.
